What we collect, and only when you send it

The enquiry form is the only place this site collects personal data. Nothing is gathered from you simply by reading a page.

When you submit an enquiry we receive: your name; your email address; and the market you selected. Optionally, if you choose to provide them: your company, your phone number, your role, the number of locations, your timing, which product formats and equipment you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.

We also store the page you submitted from, a record that you ticked the consent box, the exact wording you agreed to, and the time you agreed to it. That consent record exists so we can demonstrate the agreement was given, as data protection law requires.

Why we have it

To match your enquiry to suppliers who can serve your market, and to pass it to them so they can contact you with a quote. That is the entire purpose. We do not use it for anything else.

The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it — one email.

Who else sees it

The suppliers we match you with. That is the point of sending the enquiry, and it is what the consent covers. Once an enquiry reaches a supplier they become responsible for their own handling of it, and their own privacy terms apply to what happens next.

Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf in order to run the site. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, and then no longer than is reasonable for keeping a record of the introduction we made.

If you want it gone sooner, ask, and we will delete it.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers.

We use privacy-focused analytics to count page views and understand which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other sites. It cannot identify you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to our handling of it, and ask for it in a portable form. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
