How the map is made
Every status is read from the statute, decree or regulator that governs it, and recorded with the date it was read. Where the best available source is trade press rather than a primary text, the source list says so and the page tells you to confirm with the authority before acting.
Searching this subject in English mostly returns country guides written by companies that sell pouches. Those are not sources, and none of them are used here. Several markets took reading the law in its own language to answer properly.
When we have not checked a market, it says unchecked and names the authority to ask. An honest gap is worth more than a confident guess in a category that changes this fast.
What we do
We find suppliers suited to what an enquiry needs, and pass the enquiry to them so they can quote. One or more contact you directly. There is no charge to you, nothing is exclusive, and you are free to compare and walk away.
We do not sell, install, stock, service or operate machines, and we do not supply nicotine products. We are a matching service with a research habit.
Why the form is not on every page
Because a market being lawful and a market being suppliable are two different things, and we only ask for your details where both are true. Where the law prohibits what you want to do, the page says so and offers no form — an introduction we cannot lawfully fulfil is worth nothing to you and would cost us the only thing this site has.
