Closed. Nicotine pouches may not be sold from vending machines, from self-service systems, or over the internet. The prohibition is specific to the sales channel and applies regardless of any age-verification capability the machine may have. Note this is drawn from legal commentary on the tobacco act rather than from the statute text directly — confirm with GIS before committing, but plan on the market being shut.

Closed for branded fixtures. Advertising and promotion of nicotine pouches are prohibited, which reaches branded equipment placed at point of sale. Note the inversion against vending: Poland prohibits machines and permits shelf sale, Denmark does the opposite.
